Aija helped us in the fall of 2014 purchase a home in Valdosta, GA. She was very knowledgeable about the area. We r active duty military and had no idea how the housing market was in Valdosta. However she helped purchase a beautiful home in Stone Creek. We lived in this home and then rented it out when we moved in 2017. Finally we fixed it up and sold it in late 2020. Again Aija was instrumental in all this. She has a good network of specialized people in the Valdosta area. Having a great realtor is the most important thing when buying or selling a home. Aija was so amazing. This was our first time Purchasing a home and we were nervous but Aija made this process so easy. We had looked at 5 houses and found one we wanted but it did not work out that way. Then the next day Aija came with us with the perfect house that we instantly fell in love with. She really listened to use and knew exactly what we wanted and needed. She stayed in contact with us through the who process and never left us out the loop.
